Celebrating local flora for a good cause this Saturday
Cape Recife Conservancy’s Indigenous Plant Sale at Pine Lodge ResortSpring has sprung and Pine Lodge Resort and Conference Centre is proud to once again be hosting the annual Cape Recife Conservancy (CRC) Indigenous Plant Sale on Saturday, 22nd September 2018 from 8am to 1pm. Celebrating the beauty and diversity of our colourful local flora, the aim of the day is to raise funds for the Conservancy by selling indigenous plant varieties at very affordable prices. Celebrating the Whales in Port Elizabeth
Raggy Charters, conservation projects, private companies and NGOs will be hosting the Celebrating the Whales Festival on Saturday 16th June 2018 from 9am at Pine Lodge Resort, Algoa Bay. The aim of the festival is to bring the people of Port Elizabeth together and educate them about these magnificent animals and the importance of them to our oceans as well as to the economy of the Eastern Cape. The migration of the Humpback whales past Algoa Bay is part of their incredible journey from their feeding grounds in the Southern Oceans to the East African Coastline. Your place was great,the room was clean,the surrounding location was excellent,and the Baywatch viewpoint to die for,We will definitely return more frequently.It was our first time here,although we only stay a stone’s throw away.
Very beautiful place, awesome little restaurant with nice food. Great facilities for fun, and beautiful views of the ocean. It also have a little pathway through the bushes which was pretty exciting!!
We visit Pine Lodge at least on a monthly basis for a ‘pause’ weekend. We will be back Easter Weekend. The staff are professional and know us well by now, the security is visible at all times. We feel safe during our stay.
